**Computer Operator III - Second shift - 4PM - midnight **

Job Summary: This is a lead operator position that is responsible for monitoring IBM mainframe and other operating systems in a 24 x 7 environment. Must be able to detect, analyze, and resolve complex production processing and system issues. Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of mainframe system related software such as MVS, JES2, VTAM, TSO/ISPF, IOF, IMS, CICS, BMC automation tools, CA-Scheduler.

Responsibilities provided by our client are as follows:

45% - System console and network monitoring across all WT platforms. Perform wellness monitoring of servers/networks and to perform first level diagnostics.

15% - Job scheduling and processing across all WT operating platforms.

15% - Answering user phone calls, interfacing with outside vendors regarding file transmissions, gathering problem information and opening problem tracking tickets and escalating problems.

5% - Perform server reboots for all server platforms (Windows,UNIX)

5% - Sysout printing, distribution and post processing

5% - Training of Operator I and Operator II

5% -Tape mounting

5% -Adhere to SOX and Audit Control issues
