We are looking for a quality candidate to manage Key OEM Customers.

Will serve as the Customer Advocate in resolution of issues.
Responsible for the development and execution of short, medium & long term strategic customer account plans that are consistent with the business unit objectives and commitments to the corporation.
Will manage new business proposal activity process for the Uniontown location and lead cross functional teams of engineering, operations, finance and product support to prepare bid strategies in response to Requests for Proposals.
Will maintain a complete and up to date knowledge of customer activity and identify business opportunities in the fields of existing products and new products.
Develop strategies for exploiting these opportunities, as well as maintain a complete and up to date knowledge of competitor activity and develop strategies to combat this activity.
Will participate in all aspects of strategic management policy development and deployment that is chartered with achieving business unit sales growth objectives, and provide research and support for strategic acquisition opportunities.

Required Skills

Bachelors Degree; Master's Degree preferred
3-5 years of related experience
Knowledgeable in the aviation/aerospace industry
Experience in project management and risk management processes and tools
Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to comfortably communicate and influence management, employees, corporate and external interface
International customer experience
