Job Listing: Design Engineer

Are you ready to make a professional change? Are you ready to utilize your skills in a professional environment? Our well known Aerospace client is seeking an addition to their staff in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will:

- Develop solutions to a wide range of challenging technical problems, requiring extensive technical expertise and a creative approach.
- Work under very limited supervision while developing, documenting and maintaining processes and tools to resolve problems.
- Represent the engineering organization as a prime technical contact on new projects.
- Apply knowledge of engineering and scientific principles to the mechanical design process.
- Participate on integrated product teams as the prime contact for a major program.


Required Skills

BS in Mechanical Engineering(MS preferred)
10 years mechanical design experience in aerospace or defense related.
Demonstrated proficiency in CAS software
Proficient with GD&T
In depth understanding of mechanics of materials and mechanical systems.
- Must have experience designing moving components.
- Must know Unigraphx
