Job Listing: Credits Collections Coordinator
Responsible for customer credit accounts, processing credit applications, and timely collections to protect Graniterock Lien rights. Maintain effective telephone communications with internal and external customers. Support team members and maintain excellent working relationship with internal/external customers and Team Members. Support the company’s nine Corporate Objectives and participate in baseline goal achievement.
Required Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Word processing and spreadsheet skills; excellent telephone and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize work productively and meet deadlines; safety conscious; basic math skills; ability to work closely with team members while meeting time requirements.
Experience: 2–3 years credit and collections experience.
Desired Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration.
Skills: Accounting software or systems.
Experience: Four years commercial credit and collections experience.
Other Comments
Must have valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record.
