Major Duties
As the Net-Centric Systems Lead, provides support of Lead Systems for Joint Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices Electronic Warfare (JCREW) 3.3 Systems, responsibilities include a full range of duties in addition to leading/coordinating multiple projects with core government functions such as research, development, design, integration, test, evaluation, upgrade, and life-cycle support.Duties include:Leadership, Communications and Customer Satisfaction:- apply expertise in areas such as: concept exploration, risk reduction, technical development, production, and operational support;- ability to lead complex hardware/software development projects including system architecture, requirements analysis (elicitation and allocation), design, projection, integration, test, and transitioning into operations.- customer focus and direct interface with sponsors and customers- leading process/operations improvement initiativesHow to Apply

Qualifications
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level close to the work of this job that has given you the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform. Typically we would find this experience in work within this field or a field that is closely related. Specialized Education:Applicants are required to show the successful completion of a full 4-year professional engineering curriculum leading to a Bachelor's or higher level degree in the engineering discipline from an ABET accredited college or university. In addition, one year of specialized experience equivalent to the ND-3 level is required for the ND-4. This is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this position.
You must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this position.
Must complete a background investigation and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Position requires travel 25% of the time.
