Job Listing: TeleMarketing Representative

This function will be driven primarily by marketing campaigns & initiatives created to identify opportunities for both direct sales and/or Solutions Partners. Initiatives by the TeleMarketing Representative are traditionally campaign oriented, demand-generation activities involving opportunity identification, lead qualification and distribution of BANT qualified leads, to the appropriate sales organization.

This person reports to the operations manager and is responsible for the following primary duties:

Demonstrates extreme knowledge of client products. Strong understanding of outbound metrics including: dials, contacts, conversions. Identify and implement improvement actions. Attend all required training and continue to pursue additional methods of enhancement for sales skills. Uses proven sales skills to close sales. Perform necessary customer service duties to satisfy clients.

Required Skills

A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas; Bachelors degree in related discipline and/or equivalent technology related coursework or certifications; Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of required technology which could include networking, servers or PC hardware/software; Proficiency in the use of email and navigation within the internet; High level of interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; Personal drive, energy, enthusiasm, humility and "can do" attitude; Is team oriented and works in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.

Outbound Call Center Sales-1 to 2 years; Office Grammar and Spelling-1 to 2 Years; Communication Skills-1 to 2 Years; Technical. Knowledge-1 to 2 years; Microsoft Office -1 to 2 years.
