Job Listing: Office Manager
Volt Services Group is currently recruiting for an office manager to work for a small family owned manufacturing company in Eagan. Job consists of taking incoming calls, handling correspondence with customers via phone and e-mail. Taking and entering orders, updating customers on status of orders, collaborating with sales staff regarding new business and prospects. Person will be expected to handle many different tasks at one time, and have the ability to prioritize workload.

Required Skills
Customer service experience, good with computer programs, ability to multi-task, previous sales or sales administrative experience is preferred. Quickbooks experience is required.
