Our Client, a manufacturing leader, located in the western suburbs,
is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst.
Key components of this position include:
Profit Planning/Latest Estimates Process: Assemble, analyze, and organize financial data to support Profit Plan and Latest Estimates
- Functional Liaison: Provide financial and business support to the Supply Chain organization.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
- Strategic and Business Planning: Identify cost saving or revenue enhancement opportunities.
Required Skills
Requirements include:
1. Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
2. Demonstrated experience working as part of a team with the ability to lead a team.
3. Demonstrated ability to think strategically in terms of total business process.
4. Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income sheet, cash flow, and working capital analysis.
6. Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions.
7. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of executive information systems, with advanced knowledge in the use of excel. SAP and Hyperion.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
CA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred
