Job Listing: Fraud Analyst
Fraud Analyst: Responsible for reviewing transactions on debit card accounts for possible fraud activity, speaking with members regarding the validity of the transactions and explaining the benefits of institution's fraud prevention process. Additionally, the individual will make decisions regarding the potentially fraudulent transactions and take responsibilities include assisting the members/cardholders in resolving any fraudulent activity that has occurred on their account.

Required Skills
Bilingual English/Spanish
Work alert queues and report daily, making outbound calls to verify charges.
Take lost/stolen reports as required from Financial Institutions as well as from card holders.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
Required computer knowledge: Microsoft Windows, Excel, word and Access.
Must have an excellent understanding of debit card products and operations, including customer service.
Professional demeanor in dealing with internal and external customers, members and co-workers is essential.
Six months minimum previous customer service experience.
Six months minimum previous Fraud experience.
