Serves as Logistics Management Specialist for the HQ, 332nd Med Bde located in Nashville, TN. Must have knowledge of the following systems: Food Service Management System, CARE, PBUSE, AMSS, REIMS, ULLS-G, and PC_ASORTS. Also, familiar with military regulations and procedures to include administrative and other duties as assigned. Work with military and civilians. Secret Security clearance required.

Major Duties

Provide staff level guidance to subordinate units of the RRC and other staff sections on administrative aspects of the Command Logistics Mgmt. program. Areas of responsibility are supply and maintenance, and or transportation and services. Serves as principal contact for subordinate units for information as to practices, policies and procedures effecting administrative matters in the logistics area. Assists in aspects of the Command Logistics Mgmt. Program by providing necessary feeder data and performing less complex coordinating and executing logistical requirements. Reviews requisitions against authorized allowances. Review existing service contracts and interservice support agreements (IssA) relating to logistical support for units of the command and updates, initiates, or recommends actions or contracts and agreements as appropriate. Identifies systematic and specific problem areas in logistics operations and determines appropriate corrective action. Conduct staff visits.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Best qualified candidates for this job must show in their resume that they have training or experience in the following areas: Experience in logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program. Skill in integrating the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program.
