A leading provider of VoIP Broadband telephone services is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to work independently and on-site.
Our Client is in the process of expanding their workforce in their new facility. They are currently looking for people with strong customer service skills to assist customers with any problems that they may be experiencing, as well as retaining their business with the company.
Position Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for making cold calls in order to perform inside sales for this VOIP company.

Their award-winning technology enables anyone to make and receive phone calls with a touch tone telephone almost anywhere a broadband Internet connection is available. They offer feature-rich and cost effective communication services that offer users an experience similar to traditional telephone services. This service is sold on the web and through national retailers and is available to customers in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom.
This is a Direct Hire position, through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Raleigh, NC. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Southeast.

Required Skills

Required Skills for this Inside Sales Representative position include the following:

Telemarketing capabilities
Ability to cold call
Ability to handle high pressure
At least 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably inside sales or telemarketing)
Ability to handle high call volume
Previous Call Center experience
Excellent computer skills

AT LEAST ONE OF THESE CERTIFICATES IS REQUIRED

Certification(s) including but not limited to:

A+
MCP
CCNA
MCSE
CCNP
Net+
