Job Listing: Customer Service

A large bank located in Spokane, WA is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives. This is a contract position with the possibility of going permanent after six months.

The candidate will be required to assist customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and or correspondence. They will also be required to respond to faxes and emails regarding customers questions or concerns. They will be working with a computer system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, and good communication and problem solving skills. This position requires up to 1 year experience.
