Required Skills

Education/Experience:

 A BS in Legal Studies, Management, MIS or related field with experience in HSD Legal Compliance with significant progress towards Juris Doctor and specialization in computer forensic analysis and fraud.
 Demonstrated supervisory experience in 24 x 7 environments.
 Ability to manage a team in fast paced environments.
 Experience with secured communications, sensitive information handling or network forensics highly preferred.
 The candidate will be proficient in all Microsoft Desktop Applications, web interface tools and be able to provide statistical reports, metrics, flow charts, with ability to present information to all levels of management.
 Required to observe, process, document, and discuss information and media relating to the Legal Response Center operations that may be offensive in nature.
 Strong organizational and personnel management skills required.
 Proven analytical and problem solving ability a must.
 Excellent oral/written communication and inter-personal skills.

Specialized Training:

 Expert understanding and application for assorted regulatory acts including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Cable Act of 1984, Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act, Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and various other legal opinions pertaining to computer fraud, phone harassment, abuse, and privacy matters. Knowledge of Court procedures and policies, state statutes, municipal ordinances and court interpretation; working knowledge of legal research methods.
 In-depth experience with Local Area and Wide Area networking and understand how network abuse can affect customers network productivity and reliability.

Required/Preferred Certifications:
 Able to obtain and maintain a Secret/Top Secret Department of Justice Security clearance.
