Job Listing: Industrial Electrician/ Mechanic

Work in industrial environment under Safety & Good Manufactory Food Practices.
Troubleshoot & repair 3 Phase - 480 Volts electrical circuits from starters in MCC all way thru the
motors. Perform meggers & multi meter tests on electrical circuits / motors. Troubleshoot ac/dc control circuits on Motor / starters at MCC's. Familiarly with proximity, limit, photo switches. Familiarly with Variable Frequency Drives - VFD's ( Allen Bradley, Safetronics, Weg, etc ) Understand PLC hardware as I/O's cards, CPU, Power supply, etc. Understand PLC ladder logic diagrams & troubleshoot process using online ladder logic. Perform calibration on instruments as temperature, pressure, level transmitters, indicators in instrumentation circuits with 4 @ 20 mA dc & 1 @ 5 Vdc signals. Familiarly with pneumatics as solenoid valves, cylinders, etc. Desirable hydraulics. Understand the Process & Instrument Diagram
( P& ID ). Troubleshoot & perform repairs in actuated valves. Desirable experience with industrial printers as " Videojet, Markem, Lynx" or equivalent. Desirable experience with PLC programming
( Allen Bradley ). Desirable experience with Ethernet, DH+, Device Net & Actuator Standard Interface
( AS-i ) network communication.
