Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large bank, is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, making outbound follow up calls, data entry, and general clerical duties.

To be qualified for this position, individuals must have a minimum of 2 years call center customer service experience. Must be proficient with Word and Excel.
