Job Listing: Business Analyst

TEKsystems is currently searching for a Business Analyst for a growing client of ours located in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a contract or contract to hire opportunity.

This Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing user department processes and procedures and recommending solutions to enhance operating effectiveness and efficiency, this person must have the capability to elicit and analyze detailed requirements and possess documentation skills with use cases, process modeling and relationship diagrams. This person will also be responsible for designing, analyzing, recommending and when appropriate assist in the implementation of computer software and hardware systems that support operational and administrative functions of assigned users.

A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, working knowledge of one or more programming languages, possess superior analytical skills, the ability to plan, organize and manage complex projects, excellent organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and priorities, possess effective interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, as well as demonstrated ability in developing and administering project and program budgets, demonstrated experience in the vendor selection process to include preparation and evaluation of RFI and RFP documents and prior management or supervisory experience with emphasis in systems analysis or application development and support.
