DS2 is accepting resumes for Auto Mechanic Sheet Metal at its Tobyhanna Army Depot location, Pennsylvania.

Job Description:

Troubleshoots, repairs, replaces, and rebuilds electronic component structures, trailers, radar/ radar docking stations, equipment, and functional components. May be responsible for verification of repair and inspection. Must be able to work from diagrams, blue prints, and sketches. Must be able to receive and interpret written and verbal instruction.. May be required to maintain repair records, manuals and inspection forms. The job description may also include the following;

fabrication, installation, and assembling of various types of sheet metal. Make simple repairs using body fillers, smooth, fill, sand and finish body components to the specifications given.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of three years experience as a Sheet Metal/structural mechanic. Must possess a valid driver license. Must consent to drug testing and, if required, be approved for a security clearance. Must be a high school graduate or completed an equivalent educational program. Must have related safety equipment and required common hand tools prior to employment. Shift Work.

Work Conditions:

Applicants must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed. Shift differential applies. Overtime is frequently available and in some areas becomes mandatory depending on workload. Scheduling of overtime remains flexible within each Cost Center.
