Job Listing: Manufacturing Engineer

One of Aerotek's clients, a growing medical device manufacturer in Warsaw, is currently accepting candidates for a Manufacturing Engineer position.

Position Description

--The Manufacturing / Process Quality Engineer works primarily with the operations, supply, and engineering personnel to ensure the quality and integrity of the product and processes used every day.
--Focus will be on process optimization, lean manufacturing, establishment of work instructions and process control instructions, measurement and enforcement of key production and quality metrics, and sustaining system integrity in routings and bill of materials.
--Develop manufacturing procedures using CNC machines.

Required Experience/Education

-5-7yrs Industry experience in Engineering.
-Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
-Training and certification in Lean 6 Sigma.
-4 and 5 axis CNC Machine experience (Fixturing, Tooling, Programming).
-Basic CAD / CAM knowledge.
