Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for call center customer service representatives to work with their deposit recovery group.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for making outbound calls to previous and existing customers in an effort to recover funds and clear up any issues with their accounts. Representatives will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and adhere to a strict schedule.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have strong customer service skills, experience in a call center environment, and the ability to type 20 wpm. Preferred candidates will have experience with telesales or collections.

The position hours are 8:30 am - 5:00pm. There is a requirement for each individual to work 3 late nights (12:00pm - 9:00 pm) per month and 1 Saturday per month from 9:00 am - 12:00pm. .
