Job Listing: Transformer Winder

This company manufactures power transformers. Looking for transformer winders to work in their manufacturing facility. 2nd and 3rd shift available for 10.50.
Must be able to set up, mold, grid and wind complex coils with all types of conductors and configurations.
· Insulate, assemble and connect coils; rig and fabricate fixtures as required, press and plate coils.
· Plan and organize jobs using data from sketches, engineering drawings, winding instructions.
· Perform all brazing operations.
· Make sketches for layout; Calculate dimensions to insure coil will follow design and fit the application intended.
· Make necessary repairs on coils both on and off winding machines, including those already in assembly.
· Take coil winding data from sample coils as required.
· Perform inspections of coils in machines prior to removal
