Job Listing: Senior Marketing Professional
Essential Functions: May perform any or all of the following duties:
• Manages the design, print production, and mail-house responsibilities of subscriber campaigns, retention and sales support materials.
• Analyze results oriented data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations and innovative marketing solutions for campaign activity and communication efforts.
Interact with and develop a deep understanding of our competition across all products.
• Assess and understand offers, strategies, positioning, tactics and targeting for use in developing marketing materials.
• Coordinates and processes invoices for payment of marketing materials and services allocating funds appropriately as described in the budget.
• Performs other marketing related duties as assigned by management.
• Work independently and collaboratively with outside vendors on creative design elements, production, event promotions and sponsorships.
Required Skills
 B.A./B.S. degree in marketing, journalism, public relations or communications.
 Minimum of 3 years marketing and creative development experience, including thorough knowledge of print and broadcast mediums, and experience writing and editing for print and multi-media formats.
 Minimum of 2 years cable experience or agency experience is a plus.
 Strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others and develop consensus within diverse groups. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are necessary to interface effectively with staff, department management and various other internal and external parties.
 Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, negotiate, conceive of and create new ideas in a high-pressure environment, as well as comprehend business needs and translate them into a marketing or communications plan.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet timelines are essential.
 Ability to self-manage projects with very high attention to detail.
Must have knowledge of computer software, with emphasis on PC programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
 Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance required.
