Job Listing: Customer Account Executive
*Handles high volume of incoming telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner obtaining all information for resolution of transaction for a limited range of customer services.
*Answers customer questions regarding billing, service problems, products and features.
*Prepares work orders for maintenance requests after determining if field visits are required, and ensures appropriate follow-up procedures are met. *Performs billing and posting of customer accounts.
*Resolves delinquent account balances.
* Sells Comcast products & services while performing data entry.
*Obtains assistance from Coordinator or Supervisor for complex inquiries.
*Provides all activities associated with troubleshooting customer support issues, selling, retaining, repair coordination, billing, and general customer support for CDP or Comcast Digital Voice, Comcast Cable, and Comcast Internet services and products.
*Represents Comcast in professional and positive manner in all situations.
*Performs other related duties as assigned.
*Ability to work overtime as needed.
*Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Required Skills
* Dual Language is required (Arabic speaking & English) and community knowledge required.
* Ability to thrive in a results driven environment.
* Takes personal responsibility to meet sales goals.
* Good phone etiquette.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays.
* Good computer & typing skills.
* Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
* Previous customer service experience.
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Ability to work overtime, as needed.
