We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to own aspects of the Talent Acquisition client relationship within NE&TO and interface with the Office of the Chief Technology Officer.

Responsibilities include: exceeding internal Senior Manager Talent Acquisition requirements; developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies; working closely with our strategic sourcers to implement our “Best in Class” corporate sourcing strategy; reports generation and interpretation; and, developing corporate recruiters.

The selected candidate will have direct responsibility to meet Talent Acquisition objectives: including recruiting passive candidates and managing sourcing pipelines. Prior agency experience matched with corporate recruiting experiences a strong plus. Works closely with, and reports to, the Director Talent Acquisition.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree a plus
3 - 5 years in a strategic HR leadership role, or BtoB sales
3 years supervisory/managerial experience
Proficient in developing professional relationships with candidates, vendors and clients (short and long term)
Ability to prioritize and excellently handle multiple tasks
Cold Calling skills
Change Agent


Preferred
PHR/SPHR certification
Recruiting certification (e.g., AIRS, Lou Adler, etc.)
Proven track record in business development
3 years in an Engineering support environment, IT experience considered
SAP knowledge, eRecruit
Executive Recruiting
Ability to lead and contribute to a team environment
ATS knowledge and skills
The selected candidate will interface directly with NE&TO Leadership teams and must demonstrate outstanding service and support that fosters internal client and candidate satisfaction.
You must be a highly motivated individual who is a team player that can relate to all levels within an organization.
This is not an entry level position. There will be a strong relationship between this position, corporate recruiters, corporate sourcers, contracted sourcers and external vendors.
