Job Listing: Product Quality Analyst
*This role will work with Product Support Supervisor and Service Engineers to improve our parts distribution process for small off-highway trucks.
*The individual will be coordinating with Purchasing, Suppliers and Morton Parts Distribution.
*A strong focus will be aligning our worldwide parts inventory with our Quarry and Mining customer demands, Provide Product Manager with a monthly report on all Q&C back-order components.
*Working with dealers to determine actual maintenance and rebuild costs, and Assisting with literature updates received from service engineers, field follow engineers.
Required Skills
*The qualified candidate must be very organized with excellent presentation skills.
*Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel.
*He/She will be working on Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.
*The qualified candidate must pass the ProveIt testing.
*Some travel may be required.
*This would be very minimal, up to 5 percent.
