Job Listing: Compensation Analyst
Volt is partnering with a local utility company, in search of a part-time Compensation Analyst. The qualified candidate will perform special compensation projects including sales commissions analysis, evaluating the costs and develops presentations and reports and presents analysis.
Required Skills
The qualified candidate will have 3 to 5 years of increasing experience in compensation analysis or consulting in a sales environment. This individual must have advanced analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Experience working in Excel, Access, SAP experience is preferred.
