Job Listing: Administrative Svcs Clerk 1

Customer Facing Responsibilities: Providing support for day-to-day operations, including interaction with customers including scheduling drop buries, changing timeframes, scheduling SRO's etc. Assist with providing updates to customers visiting the Payment Center regarding new build areas statuses and their anticipated service availability. Provide information to Front Counter CAEs regarding status of serviceability that affects customers. Assist with re-routing Comm Technicians scheduled appointments with the goal of Thinking Customer First in order to fulfill customer needs. Complete order entry and change of service request for customers. Serve as a contact person to explain and sell Comcast products to customers. Assist with dealing with customer issues. Provide support to the technical operations management staff as needed as well as maintaining an organized filing system for department records. Prepare a variety of items such as letters, reports, purchase requisitions, invoices and schedules. Check statistical, financial, or mathematical data, prepare and proofread for accuracy and completeness. Take minutes of meetings, maintain phone list for location and mail processing. Make appointments and necessary arrangements for meetings. Maintain professional work area. Handle stationary and supply inventory for the technical organization. Keep supervisor apprised of status of operation, conflicts, priorities and other issues that affect department. Must have punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills

Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.

•Mastery of office systems, skills, and software including MS Office suite, (Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint) required;
•Proficiency with Internet and related software;
•Excellent oral and written communication skills;
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
•Highly developed organizational skills and inter-personal skills.
•Ability to both understand big picture and be detail oriented;
•Considerable experience managing multiple and high level priorities simultaneously;
•Ability to work in an unstructured environment, with minimal direction.
•Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries with all levels of personnel.
•Self starter, team player
•Willingness to accept additional assignments and assist other team members as necessary.
Ability to work overtime, as needed.
