Job Listing: Customer Service Rep. (Front Counter)

MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.) Handle walk in customer traffic, covering full range of customer services in a prompt and professional manner, obtaining all information for resolution of transaction. Handle large volumes of payments. ·Answer customer questions regarding billing, service, and product sales. ·Correct errors and discrepancies on customer billings as necessary. ·Prepare work orders for maintenance requests after determining if field visit is required and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures are met. ·Service as a sales representative to sell complete packages of existing cable services. ·Perform billing and posting of customer accounts. ·Input customer orders and data into billing system. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills

EDUCATION: High school diploma or the recognized equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 1 year of customer service related work experience with exposure to PCs and other office equipment. 1 year of cash handling and balancing. Solid performer or better. Ability to work overtime as needed.
