Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Employer is looking for a hardworking and friendly Customer Service Representative who wants to work for a great company. You will be working in the Customer Service Department where you will be providing customer support which includes duties such as helping customers with their questions and concerns about the company's product, programs, and services, and some upselling. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a fun and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to learn new things and contribute, and work with great people. You must have excellent communication skills, have strong phone skills, have some phone sales experience, and must have quick and accurate typing skills, be able to work well in a team as well as independently, be able to learn quickly, be organized and efficient, and be positive. This is a fun environment to work in. There is NO cold calling!

Pay is $10+commission DOE. Hours are 8a-5p or 11a-7p for Full Time M-F, there are also part time positions as well. This job is in Orem.
