Job Listing: Business Systems Analyst - ERP

TEKsystems is seeking a BSA for a contract-to-hire opportunity in the Irvine area.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years experience of working with ERP systems.
-Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics / Axapta.
-Understanding of ERP system architecture and basis Database query skills.
-Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
-Experience analyzing and developing functional requirement specifications.
-Strong organizational leadership skills and a participative management style related to coaching, motivating, engaging, and mentoring a team
-A track record of delivering projects on-time within a fast paced entrepreneurial business environment
-Experience with outsourcing and/or managing third-party development resources
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
