Job Listing: Construction Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a temporary Construction Project Coordinator for the Hawaii office.  This is a temp-perm opportunity.

In general, the person will be responsible for the following activities:
+ Timberline entry;
+ Catalog and maintain drawings, RFI’s, logs, submittals, subcontracts, insurance and transmittals;
+ Support the Project Managers’ schedules, project binders and filing systems;
+ Project close out;
+ Provide support, track and collect all billings to the clients;
+ Coordinate field office mobilization and de-mobilization. 

Qualifications:
+ At least 2 years experience in construction management
+ At least 2 years experience in federal construction management both army (USACE) using QCS system as well as Navy RMS system for inputting submittals and daily QC and production reports
