Job Listing: Operations Professional

Our client, a reputable Investment Bank, is looking for a Prime Brokerage Operations professional. The individual will be supporting the Institutional Cashiering department.

On a day to day basis, the Operations professional will be responsible for:
- Trade settlements
- Liaising with clients, brokers and outside custodians
- Buy-ins
- Cover all accounts that are possible executions
- Calling all clients to re-issue or execute buy-ins
- Processing input of multiple orders, intents, re transmittals and notice of executions.

To be qualified for the position, you must have:
- Knowledge of ADP Cage3 and BPS
- Knowledge of DTCC
- Knowledge of buy-in process
- Strong trade settlements experience
- Excellent communication skills
