Job Listing: Bilingual Customer Service

Our client, Ford Motor Credit, a world leader in meeting the needs of automotive customers globally, is seeking several Bilingual Customer Service / Collection representatives. This is a call center environment working on an Inbound/Outbound dialer system dealing with the early stages of collections.

On a day to day basis, each Bilingual Collections Representative will be in charge of contacting customers regarding car payments that are 0-45 days past due.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent PC/Keyboarding skills.
Call Center/Customer service Experience.

This is a full-time permanent position with lots of room for advancement!
The pay starts at $13.60 an hour and goes up from there depending on experience and education.
