Job Listing: Alarm Dispatcher

We currently have openings for Alarm Dispatchers. This person is responsible for monitoring commercial and residential alarm systems and notifying customers of the activated alarm. You will ensure the police department or fire department are dispatched when an alarm is activated.

A qualified candidate must have the ability to problem solve, maintain professionalism, and communicate in a clear, effective manner. Prior customer service experience or phone work is required.
