Job Listing: Production Manager: Manufacturing

An established Solar Panel manufacture is looking to hire a Production Manager for their Camarillo California Facility.

This is a Direct Placement position.

Requirements for Qualified Production Managers:
- Experience within the Solar industry is not required.
- Must have a manufacturing background (preferably with some automated manufacturing environment experience).
- Minimum of 4-5 years within a manufacturing environment.
- Must have previously managed a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Must be a hands on manager that walks the production floor.
- Must be able to work in small cross-functional teams, in particular, engineering managers to develop production plans, logistics and quality assurance.
- Must be familiar with setting up shifts and coverage for a 24/7 facility.
- Must have experience Managing 75-100 employees.
- Must have experience managing 4+ supervisors.
- A BS degree in technical or business field is required.
