Planning, execution and management of field marketing activities for the Americas. Act as marketing single point of contact for Americas’ field and management team.
Primary Responsibilities
General
¿ Coordinate and agree all local marketing activities with EVP Americas
¿ Act as interface to global marketing for the Americas
¿ Research and deliver quality lead generation programs
¿ Manage regional and partner tradeshows, conference, and seminars
¿ Manage US channel marketing activities including direct mail and e-campaigns
¿ Adapt and execute local marketing program activities according to global marketing and Americas business plans
¿ In cooperation with EVP Americas, review and manage Americas marketing budget
¿ Provide content to global marketing for webinars, email, case studies, etc.
¿ Work closely with global marketing team for maintenance/development of website content
¿ Research hot topics to use for PR initiatives
¿ Manage online & print advertising campaigns
¿ Support information flow: Product Updates – to use for PR and collateral
¿ Share & replicate best practices with other field marketing managers
¿ Provide controlling and reporting of marketing activities
Lead Generation:
¿ In cooperation with sales teams: Generate leads through different channels such as: events, telemarketing activities, online marketing
¿ SF.Com Analysis
¿ Monitor web leads; verify leads distributed to appropriate sales representative
Event Marketing
¿ Evaluation, planning organization, controlling, reporting of local events
Telemarketing
¿ Coordinate, brief and monitor local TM agency
¿ Plan and coordinate local promotion activities
Required Skills/Experience
¿ BA Business or Marketing
¿ 5-7 years of field marketing experience (preferably software products and services)
¿ Excellent writing skills
¿ Strong interpersonal/communications skills
¿ Strong project management skills - ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
¿ Proficient in the use of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Adobe Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) a plus
¿ Previous vendor and PR management is required
¿ SalesForce.com experience a plus
¿ Approximately 20-25% travel (domestic and international)
