Job Listing: WebSphere Developer/Administrator

Our client, a leading health insurance provider in the Richmond, VA area, is seeking a Senior WebSphere Developer/Administrator.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years experience in WebSphere development and administration and strong analytical skills. Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal direction and play a key role in providing websphere support to the development team and UAT testing. Strong communication skills are a must!

This individual's role and responsibilities will include developing and implementing performance tuning and monitoring plans in the development environment. They will also gather and interpret requirements from BCBSA deployment documents and develop implementation planning documentation and provide detailed instructions to IBM. Another responsibility will be to continuously analyze the production environment and identify potential gaps within it.

6 month contract. 40 hr work week required.
