Job Listing: HVAC Estimator

Highly regarded Engineering Firm is actively seeking and HVAC Estimator to join its growing team located in Loveland, Colorado.

Qualified candidates will offer the following:
- Minimum 5 years mechanical estimating experience
- HVAC commercial and institutional experience
- Proficiency using QuickPen Autobid Mechanical, or similar software preferred.
- Ability to be self sufficient, make sound judgments, and facilitate successful team results
- Operates with a keen sense of urgency and work proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills combined with resourcefulness that leads to results

This position will be responsible for performing hard bid estimates as well as assist with conceptual, design-assist and design-build proposals. Will perform all aspects of take off for HVAC/ sheet metal estimating. Responsible for fostering effective internal team relationships and client relationships.
