A Worldwide Clinical Research Organization is searching for Clinical Research Site Relations/Identification Coordinators to join their team. Please observe the below job description and job requirements for this possible position.
PURPOSE: Perform activities associated with identifying and recruitment of US sites for assigned project(s), and manage collection of capability and feasibility data.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assists in the management and site identification for assigned projects.
-Assists internal and external capabilities.
-Assists US and Global feasibilities including strategy calls and questionnaires.
-Participates in strategy calls with Clinical Team Leads, Project Managers, Medical Advisor and Site Startup to develop plan for identifying potential sites for assigned projects.
-Reviews and collates capability and feasibility responses.
-Assists in utilizing historic site performance metrics, site relationships, feasibility data, and databases to identify sites. -Submits investigators for quality assurance review as required.
-Tracks project activities in InnTrax.
-Manages template documents for Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Site Interest Forms (SIFs).
-Distributes, negotiates and tracks CDAs and other project materials as required.
Distributes and reviews SIFs for completeness and site capability and availability.
-Responds to site questions about assigned studies in a timely manner.
-Forwards completed SIFs to CTL with other pertinent site performance information, as available.
-Reports on project progress to Clinical Team Leads, Project Managers, Site Startup Leads, and department management.
-Assists in budgets for assigned projects and drafts internal change order information with input from manager.
-Adheres to project timelines and budgets.
-Provides percent complete updates to PM each month.
-Attends proposal strategy calls and provide historic performance data, investigator database information and Verispan results as required
-Prepares budgets and text for proposal. -Attend client bid defense and kick off meetings to represent site identification and feasibility -Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Candidates must have 1-2+ years experience in the clinical industry
-Prior Clinical Site Recruitment experience preferred
-Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Health or Biological Science and a minimum of 1-2 years related experience in a health care related field; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
-Clinical/Trial Support experience is preferred.
-1-2+ years routine experience interacting with Principal Investigator's (PI's) and Clinical Site Coordinator's (CRC's) preferred
-1-2+ years customer service experience
-Possess a general knowledge and understanding of company clinical systems, procedures and corporate standards.
-Possess a general understanding of applicable regulatory regulations.
-Possess a working knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, FDA regulations, and Drug Development process.
-Possess a broad understanding of clinical research.
-Possess effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
-Possess strong computer literacy, including well-developed computer skills in applicable software. -Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
-Must be highly motivated and organized
