Job Listing: Construction Estimator NEEDED ASAP

A construction company in Edison NJ is looking for someone who can execute the Bidding, Estimating, and Contract Negotiation phase of there projects. This is an exciting opportunity available immediately. Hours will vary from week to week, but can accommodate schedules nicely. Pay depends on past salary history, and experience. Specifically looking for someone who has past estimating and Project Management Experience. Above average people skills and communication skills needed. Prefer to have someone with a degree but not required with substantial experience. Great opportunity for someone experienced who is looking for an opportunity but wants something temporary, or for some who has some experience and wants to grow with a reputable company.

  • ESTIMATOR EXPERIENCE
  • ABILTY TO READ PLANS AND DRAWINGS
  • VERY HIGH ABOVE AVERAGE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • PRIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
  • KNOWLEDGE OF BIDDING PHASE
  • ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS
