Production Technician

Required:
GED or High School Graduate

Apply electro-mechanical systems principles to evaluate, operate and repair manufacturing equipment.

Repair or replace electrical wiring, circuits, fixtures or equipment.

Set up and run mechanical equipment through fabrication, cleaning, precision measuring tools and repair.

Understand standard operating procedures, protocols and engineering data reports.

Ability to stand, walk, manipulate (lift, carry and move) light to heavy weights of 1-70 pounds.

Arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and reach.

Visual acuity to use keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information.

Ability to climb ladders and perform tasks at high elevations.

Position Description:
Conscientiously maintain and run vacuum systems.

Apply quality control and data analysis.

Write procedures and daily summaries.

Able to troubleshoot many different types of mechanical and electrical problems.
