Job Listing: Materials and Process Engineer

Aerotek is looking for an experienced Materials/Process Engineer. Candidates must have previous experience in a medical device company to be considered for this position.

Required Criteria:
- 3-5 years of experience in the medical device industry
- Ability to identify root causes of problems and implement effective corrective actions
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve materials & process risks
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to work effectively with vendors/customers, and as a team member
- Demonstrate technical expertise in the manufacture of medical devices in automated and manual assembly environments
- Familiarity with FDA validation/documentation requirements
- Experience with 5S, Lean principles, DOE, SPC preferred
- Experience with endovascular medical devices preferred
- BS in Engineering or Materials Science
