Job Listing: Product Engineer

Aerotek is looking for an experienced Product Engineer. Candidates must have previous experience in a medical device company to be considered for this position.

Required Criteria:
- 5-10 years experience in the medical device industry
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team leader
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and customers
- Demonstrate technical expertise in the design, development and manufacture of medical devices in automated and manual assembly environments
- Familiar with FDA validation requirements and with creating and maintaining a Design History File
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve design & process risks
- Ability to identify root causes of problems and implement effective corrective actions
- Experience with blood collection/infusion, hypodermic, or diabetes related medical devices preferred
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology preferred
- Experience with running DOE's and statistical analysis preferred
- BS in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science
