Job Listing: Manufacturing Engineer

Aerotek is looking for experienced manufacturing engineers for a client in the Baltimore, MD region.

Description:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various functions to achieve maximum utilization and efficiency of plant resources to meet the company's objectives and goals
- Assist with instruction, training, and checking of work assignments performed by those connected with the functions of the department
- Participate in and represent management at grievance and other advanced procedures and provide management representatives with informational date to support the company position
- Observe and analyze applied methods and offer recommendations in the area of improvement to bring about work simplification and cost reduction
- Coordinate and implement approved plans
- Supervise maintenance and tooling functions

Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
- Design engineering experience
- Experience using SolidWorks
