The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) is responsible for providing comprehensive benefits and services to America's veterans and their families, including compensation and pension, education, vocational rehabilitation, loan guaranty, and insurance benefits. A position at the VBA may find you working one-on-one with veterans and their families, or developing systems and procedures that manage benefits and services for veterans.

To qualify based on experience:
GS-4: One year of general experience.
General experience: One year of progressively responsible clerical, office or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of a file clerk.
GS-4: Two years above the high school level. Transcripts are required.
