• Remove equipment returned from customer accounts and place in reps’ “buffers” for CPE purposes.
• Collect, check for accuracy and store LOA’S
• Set up necessary “house builds”, check with towns to verify questionable addresses
• Speak with reps/contractors about problem addresses/”non-pay” addresses, other issues
• Resolve internal “feedback” emails involving “door to door” customer issues
• Reschedule failed installs
• QC Service Order Forms for accuracy/missing information/signatures
• Survey recently installed customers for QC purposes when time permits
• Resolve customer issues whenever possible, refer problems to Sales Supervisor
• Record sales/contacts/knocks from reps/contractors for reporting purposes
• Reconcile all installations with Service Order Forms for commission purposes
• Collect/compile “Back Balance” and equipment receipts for payroll
• Follow up on “house builds” and “serviceability” issues (to include DP/CDV)
• Address “coding” issues around changes to offers
• Add “campaign codes” to any accounts changed “after the fact” by other departments
• Take back balances over phone (call center can not take credit card payments)
• Assist Sales Supervisor with contest results and management reports
• Interact with Dispatch and Technical around installation problems
• Resolve CPE issues and perform monthly “reconciliation” against equipment in “Daily Detail Report”
• Order Sales Order Forms, LOA’S, Rate Cards, Channel Lineups, uniforms, office supplies
• Daily sales report
• Interact with reps and contractors by phone throughout the day w/problems/issues
• Update the access data base and edit
• Run street sheets
• Input orders for projects such as college table tops; perform “credit verification” to determine if EMTA/DVR deposits are needed
• Communicate with and train call center reps in Texas
Required Skills
Ability to work overtime, as needed.• Sales aptitude and/or experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Cable experience preferred
