Job Listing: Office Supervisor
-Oversees all office functions in the areas of reception, data entry, web maintenance, PowerPoint Presentations, spreadsheet production, internal and external communication, scheduling, information management, office supplies maintenance and requisitioning, building facility needs, vendor repair processing.
-Oversees Purchase Order and Accounts Payable Processes.
-Oversees Inventory Control functions, which include: purchasing, receiving, organizing and distributing repair parts and supplies, inventory database maintenance, inventory reconciliation and monthly inventory reporting for all repair lines.
-Coordinates activities such as employee meetings, luncheon meetings, training, special events, and publication within the Comcast network.
-Ensures operation of all office equipment.
-Maintains office databases (expense, employee, training, safety monitoring, and Repair Center office equipment)
-Maintains Repair Center Website
-Monitors employee uniform purchases
-Monitors Lunchroom Supplies
-Maintains Internal P&L
-Ensures budget compliance
-Assists with capital requisitioning
Required Skills
-Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
-Minimum 1-3 years Supervisory experience, or 5 years of progressive leadership experience in an office environment
-Experience in Inventory Control
-Experience in Accounts Payable
-Strong computer experience (especially Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
-Excellent grammar skills
-Experience in managing multiple priorities
-Customer Service experience
-Leadership skills
-Strong inter-personal skills
-Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
-Analytical and planning skills
-Detail-oriented
