Our Client is in the process of expanding their workforce in their new facility. They are currently looking for people with strong customer service skills.
Position Description:
The Inside Sales/Call Center Representative is responsible for making cold calls in order to perform inside sales for this VoIP company.
The successful candidate will bring to the table his/her INSIDE SALES expertise which will include the following:

Cold Calling and Telemarketing
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
A proven track record of success and ability to close deals
Commitment to exemplary customer service
Passion for Inside Sales
1-2 years of experience working in a Call Center
Pleasant and clear telephone voice, along with good listening skills

This service is sold on the web and through national retailers and is available to customers in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom.

Required Skills

Required Skills for this Inside Sales/Call Center Representative position include the following:

Previous inside sales and Call Center experience
Ability to handle high call volume
Excellent computer skills
College degree preferred
