Job Listing: Test Operator

Perform manufacturing test in a production environment through the use of automated and manual test equipment. The candidate also will assure customer specified parametric and image quality compliance for production products. The candidate will also have a minor role in assisting engineering with test requirements. Primary duties include the following:
• Perform device level final acceptance testing on select production with the aid of automated test equipment, manual test equipment, and software. • Perform image quality testing using visual inspection methods. • Troubleshooting customer returned material. • Identify failures and work with engineers to bring units into compliance. • Perform engineering tests on qualification and development programs when required.

Positions will be 2nd & 3rd but may train on 1st shift.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with electronic instruments and test equipment. • Ability to use Windows-based software. • Ability to function with minimal direct supervision or engineering support. • Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, management, and co-workers. • A minimum of two years of test experience is required.




• Ability to document problems with product or test equipment for feedback to supervision, engineering staff and co-workers.
• Computer literate.
• Basic math skills.
• Electronics background.
• Troubleshooting simple electronic problems.
• High volume production background.'
