Job Listing: Operation Associate-Call

· Operate computer system. Log on to system by pressing i-button into receptacle mounted on front of PC. Select appropriate commands for job function by pressing touch-screen monitor. · Inspect customer returns. Obtain mail tub of returned discs. Tear open mailers, remove disc and inspect for condition. Inspection points include comparing title on disc to title on sleeve label, checking for notes made by customer, inspecting for dirt, cracks, scratches and processing according to company Visual Inspection standards. · Package discs for shipping. Scan bar code on disc sleeve for computer check on order status. Follow computer screen instructions regarding processing of disc. If disc needs to be shipped, remove printed shipping labels from printer and apply carefully to mailer. Insert disc into mailer. Remove adhesive strip and seal mailer. · Problem solving. Ability to notice and respond to customer notes written on mailers, computer screen instructions, including instructions to rescan disc and reprint label, and to determine when it is necessary to obtain assistance.

Position Count: 5 Approximate Weekly Hours Range: 15-20 Work Days: m-f Daily Start Time: 5am For PT shifts, End Time: Ending time will vary daily depending on the work volume and business needs. Required Skills and Abilities · Ability to sit and/or stand continuously in order to perform essential job functions for length of shift. · Ability to frequently bend neck to view work positioned on workstation surface. · Sufficient range of motion in arms to be able to constantly reach out at shoulder level, and occasionally reach above or below shoulder level, to perform essential job functions. · Basic English language skills. Able to read and respond to instructions printed on computer screen, able to read and understand titles printed on discs and inventory labels, as well as to interpret customer notes. Ability to understand and respond in English in order to obtain assistance. · Sufficient manual dexterity in both hands to constantly manipulate discs and mailers, to operate computer touch screen and mouse, to pull labels off of printer and to apply labels neatly along pre-printed guidelines. · Sufficient dexterity in both hands to perform constant simple grasping of discs and materials, fine manipulation of mailing labels, and occasional power grasping. · Ability to grasp and lift trays of discs or supplies weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Education Requirement High School Diploma, G.E.D, or relevant work experience.
