'Requires an accredited degree or associates degree with equivalent experience and excellent analytical skills. Incumbents have usually gained 1 to 3 years of manufacturing or logistics related experience and are able to perform complex assignments. Requires a self-starter with strong technical leadership skills. Must have good (intermediate) ability to communicate technical information effectively orally and written as well in planning and organizing materials. The candidate should have good (intermediate) PC skills including: MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
Engineering experience, or experience specifically related to distribution operations (Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.) is highly desirable but not required.
Responsibilities
Work as a member of the Process Standards Team. The Process Standards Team (PST) will create and publish shipping (transportation) processes / procedures and convert that documentation to the CPS Standard Work format. Processes will include all aspects of shipping Prime Product Units including shipping configuration, ship loose items and any sub-process supporting the shipment of Prime Products. After documentation is complete, all documentation will be turned over to the Customer. Follow-on compliance to CPSD direction, such as Auditing, Audit Logs, supervision of third party contacts etc. is the responsibility of the Customer. '

Required Skills
Must know all Microsoft Applications, especially excel. Must have a strong technical background, and must be familiar with equipment. Strong Communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment. Self- Motivator. Bachelor's degree is desired.
